Discussing accounts, noting that [Samuel] Low will pay the fourth and last installment (£125) for No Name, and noting that that will bring his present balance to nearly £300. Mentioning that his right foot troubles him, and that his mother is safe at Bournemouth, where she traveled with Collins's brother Charley. With a postscript sending thanks from Caroline [Graves] for "Miss Acton" (presumably a copy of "Miss Acton's Cookery Book").
